Allie Thomas started testing the market with a range of savoury biscuits following a market pilot in 2008. Received well at Farmers Markets in mid Wales, the idea originated after spending a long evening with a high calibre cheeseboard! Welsh producers make seriously good cheeses, and Cradocs are the first biscuit producer designing biscuits of equal standing.
After having invested two years in developing the recipes, Allie and daughter Ella’s serious ambition is to manufacture this range of proven flavours and bring them to a wider market.
Cradocs biscuits are unusual, savoury and brave in the choice flavour combinations. Chefs love them on a cheeseboard, colourful and seriously tasty.
